Focus Pilates was initially created in 2004. Besides being one of the early pioneers to introduce the benefit of Pilates exercise and rehabilitation solutions to Singapore, our centre is also an appointed host site for Polestar Pilates international teacher’s training course (the most comprehensive, internationally recognized instructor course available in Singapore.)
Our approach is based on creating a Pilates and Physiotherapy environment that focuses on effective and safe exercise/treatment to assist you in achieving your goals as fast and effectively as possible. Our studio is fully equipped with group allegro reformers and 2 dedicated studio area for private sessions. We also have internationally qualified physiotherapists who are also trained in Pilates providing both traditional physiotherapy treatment and modified Pilates rehabilitation for injured clients.
