It is important to identify the causes of injury at an early stage and work towards treating the cause to avoid further aggravation or permanent damage.

The good news is that many injuries and conditions can be improved through physiotherapy and well-designed therapeutic exercise programs. The complex nature of the body means that sometimes the site of the injury is not necessarily the cause of the injury, physiotherapists trained in Pilates are highly adept in addressing the causes of injuries to get you back to optimal health as soon as possible.
