You can choose to do either group classes or private sessions depending on your own personal goals, needs and preference.
If you would like to try group classes and you are a complete beginner you can choose one of our Kick-start packages:
1 x 45min trial class, 3 x 60min fundamental group classes and 1 x 60min group class. $160
1 x 45min trial class, 3 x 60min one-on-one fundamental private sessions and 1 x 60min group class.
If you would like to try a group class using a reformer you can attend a trial class for $25. If, after the trial class you decide to continue, you can select one of our Kick-start options above. Trial classes are 45 minutes in length and take place at numerous times during the week at our Raffles Place studio.

Fundamental classes are designed to teach you the basics of Pilates using a reformer machine. Completing three introductory sessions gives you the knowledge and technique to ensure you get the most out of beginner classes. Group fundamental classes are held at various times throughout the week. Private fundamental sessions are one-on-one sessions with an instructor, and can scheduled at times that are convenient for you.
Personalised Pilates sessions are recommended for those with specific requirements or injuries, where your instructor can design certain movements using the Pilates equipment to address your needs.

Our Off Peak Private Kick-start packages allow you to use your package at convenient times during weekdays. Purchase any of our Private Kick-start packages and receive an additional complimentary 60 minute Private session. Off Peak times: Monday to Friday 9am - 12pm and 2pm - 6pm inclusive.
