Focus Pilates Classes
Pilates classes are a great way to improve your strength, flexibility and posture. In a group environment instructors will take you through a series of exercises to work different muscle groups. The classes are usually quite small ranging from six to ten participants which means you will get an optimum level of personal attention.
We have three different types of group classes; Reformer, Tower and Mat work Plus, these classes are taught at a range of levels from beginner to intermediate. We also cater for complete beginners who have never tried Pilates before, if you are looking to try Pilates for the first time look at how to get started.
