If you are interested in becoming a Pilates instructor we can help you to achieve this goal. We are the dedicated host Centre for Polestar Pilates Asia which is an instructor training program offered in over 28 countries worldwide.
We offer studio space for trainees to practice their technique as well as a comprehensive Polestar mentor program where you can continue to expand your skills and accumulate the necessary training to prepare for exams.
Being a Pilates instructor is very rewarding career choice as it allows you to help others improve their physical fitness and state of health.
