Private Sessions
Private Pilates sessions are usually on a one-on-one or one-on-two basis. Private sessions are beneficial because the instructor can design programs for your specific needs. Working on a one-on-one basis you can address your individual injuries and or postural and strength inefficiencies to ensure you can achieve your personal goals. In a private session you can utilise the full range of Pilates equipment progressing at your own pace.
Private sessions last for one hour and can be purchased on an ad-hoc basis or in packages of ten.
