Polestar Principles

This comprehensive non-apparatus course applies current research in movement science using the 6 core movement principles of Polestar Pilates (16 hours over 2 days). Lectures and practical sessions accompany each principle as well as learning the Polestar Pilates Fitness Screening which includes postural evaluation and functional testing to prepare you to design effective Pilates programs. You also learn how to teach 12 matwork exercises. This is the mandatory foundation course for all streams.
