Polestar Pilates Reformer Course
The Polestar Pilates Reformer Series is designed for you! Physical therapists, personal trainers, group instructors and their clients are reaping the benefits of the work of Joseph Pilates with this versatile piece of equipment. The Reformer Series consists of three two-day (16 hours) course modules and teaches the practical skills needed to become proficient with assessment techniques, Pilates reformer exercises, movement sequences, and the application of the Polestar Principles.
Upon completion, you will be able to:
- Perform and teach each exercise and its progression
- Understand the benefits and emphasis of each exercise
- Adapt exercise sequences for diverse populations and group classes
- Use the Polestar Screening or the ICF model to problem solve
- Design and implement a successful exercise or treatment plan using the Pilates reformer
Prerequisites
Completion of Polestar Principles, minimum of 25 hours of group or private Pilates on a reformer.

Final Exam
Consists of both theory and practical and should be planned around 3-6 months after your Ref3 module.
