runity RUNNING ASSESSMENT

Runity is a unique running methodology that is rapidly gaining popularity in Europe, Australia and the U.S. Running is one of the most practiced sports in Singapore; however, research shows that it also has a high injury rate reported at between 20-80% each year.

While our bodies are supremely adapted to run, we need to get fit to run and not run to get fit. Be it a recreational runner or an existing runner, this programme is perfect for those who want to improve their running efficiency and run painlessly.

The session, taught by one of Focus Pilates qualified Instructors or physiotherapists will guide participants through a movement assessment and video analysis, followed by using the latest research in running biomechanics and create a conditioning programme that improves running technique and helps prevent injury.

Running Assessment Package, $420

  • 3 x 60min Private sessions, which includes:

    Initial Session
  • Movement screening and video analysis
  • Corrective Conditioning exercises and cadence drills

    Follow-up Session
  • Review running assessment report
  • Corrective conditioning exercises and cadence drills
  • Review customised conditioning programme

    Review Session
  • Review and update exercises
  • Re-assessment and follow-up video analysis

Terms and conditions: $20 top-up per session is required if the session is booked with a Physiotherapist. Running Assessment package is valid for 3 months. Subsequent package rates are available on request.
