runity RUNNING CONDITIONING WORKSHOP

Even though the human body is supremely adapted to run, our sedentary lifestyles and poor movement habits means the incidence of injuries for runners can be up to 80%! People mistakenly think they can run to get fit when in actual fact you need to get fit to run. In this workshop, Exercise Physiologist and Asia’s first Runity Master Trainer, Daniel Dittmar, will take you through a series of conditioning exercises that will help bullet proof your running. Whether you are a newbie or an experienced runner you will learn exercises to condition your feet, ankles, knees, hips and spine.
